Jeanette, The Town of Mint Hill acknowledges the requirements stated in the cover letter to NOC-2021-PC- 0504G dated May 5, 2021 and does hereby provide notice of its intent to comply with these requirements. Because Mecklenburg County is the primary permittee and leads program implementation and reporting, this report applies to the county and each of the co-permittees. Each co-permittee will also receive it’s own NOC and supplemental audit report for pollution prevention and good housekeeping via a separate email. The NOC letters have been sent via certified mail to the primary contact for each MS4. It was a pleasure auditing your programs and you all have much to be proud of.
