Dear Ms. Powell:

The Town of Huntersville acknowledges the requirements stated in the cover letter to NOC-2021-
PC-0504E dated May 5, 2021 and does hereby provide notice of our intent to comply with those
requirements. Additionally, please be aware that the Town of Huntersville fully intends to
continue as a co-permittee with Mecklenburg County on the new NPDES Permit. Mecklenburg
County will be completing items 2 through 4 in the aforementioned cover letter on our behalf.
