This is in response to your letter of May 5, 2021 (received May 11, 2021) which
requires acknowledgement of a choice for CPCC whether to obtain an individual NPDES
MS4 permit, or to continue to cooperate with Mecklenburg County NCS000395
as co-permittee.
Central Piedmont Community College DOES NOT intend to withdraw from co-permittee
status.
Central Piedmont Community College elects to continue as a co-permittee with our
primary permittee, Mecklenburg County NCS000395. Mecklenburg County will be
completing items 2 through 4 in the aforementioned letter on behalf of Central
Piedmont Community College.
