2021-PC-0504C dated May 5, 2021 and does hereby provide notice of its intent to comply
with these requirements. Also, please be aware that the Town of Cornelius intends to
continue as a co-permittee with Mecklenburg County and that Mecklenburg County will
be completing items 2 through 4 in the aforementioned cover letter on behalf of the Town
of Cornelius.
