NOC-2021-PC-0504B dated May 5, 2021 and does hereby provide notice of intent to comply
with these requirements. Also, please be aware that Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools intends to
continue as a co-permittee with Mecklenburg County and that Mecklenburg County will be
completing items 2 through 4 in the aforementioned cover letter on behalf of Charlotte-
Mecklenburg Schools.
