NCDOT Permit Modification Request dated January 29, 2013
The purpose of this letter is to request prioritization of the Section 404 and 401permit modifications
for Section B. If it is anticipated that issuance of final permit modifications for Sections B, C, and D
is not achievable by February 26, 2013 we respectfully request issuance of the final permit
modification for Section B only by February 26, 2013; holding processing of Sections C and D until
further notice.
