Dear Mr. Thornburg:
Carolina Water Service of North Carolina requests a rescission of Permit WQ0006254, Corolla
Light WWTP in Currituck County. The treatment systems have been demolished and all flow
diverted to our Monteray Shores facility (WQ0009772) along with the Whalehead Club LPP Field
and monitoring wells 4, 5, and 6.
Monitoring wells 1, 2, 3, and 7 have been properly abandoned as documented by the attached
certifications.
