Bray, December, 1950, and sworn to December 13, 1950,■ as (2), and being a part of that identical tract of land off of which Joy Allred and husband and Hurley Fox and wife sold to the Town of Siler City, North Carolina, and on which the dam for the Municipal Lake of the Town of Siler City was built, the lands herein conveyed adjoining said municipal lands.
