It is our position that our particular situation meets the criteria outlined as possible justification for this request. The Town of Ansonville cannot afford to pay this penalty and also continue the planned maintenance and improvements to our wastewater system. These include upgrading our disinfection system, painting our wwtp, and purchasing emergency equipment for future problems. At present, we are working with DENR and Universal Fibers to resolve our problems with there industrial lwaste being discharged into our wastewater collection system. Paul Rawls and Dale Lopez are working with the town to resolve these problems. We look forward to your response to this request. Please contact this office should you have any questions or wish to discuss the matter further. rely, 'O TN OF ANSONVILT.F. /,/l1iv._ Daniel Wilson, Utilities Superintendent
