This letter serves as a request by the Town of Ansonville for settlement on
penalty casts listed above. The Town proposes settlement on case LV 02-165 i
amount of $1,275.21 ($1,200.00 civil penalty + $75.21 enforcement cost). The
proposes settlement on case LV 02-250 in the amount of $1,475.21 ($1,400.00 cam
penalty + $75.21 enforcement cost). The Town also proposes that the total am<
$2,750.42 be put on payments for a 12 month period. The Town appreciates your tie
overseeing this matter.
