This is a request to place two culverts on a UN trib in Catawba
County. The property is located at the intersection of Shook Road
and Rock Barn Road. This stream is an UN trib to Mill Creek. These
culverts will be approximately110 If in length and will be placed in
accordance to DWR and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulations.
