Given the unique circumstances at the site, and given that nobody from the NCUC will be available to act as Owner, we'll
use Mike Myers in that role. I understand that Envirolink is just an emergency operator, but we will be dealing with
them on compliance issues. Mike will be the person to receive that correspondence, etc. If a new Owner is found, we'll
replace Mike with that person.
I've updated BIMS.

Charles,
I just found out that Mike Myers is only a contractor for Enivrolink. I'm not sure if he should be added as the Owner.
Everything else can be updated per the email. Rebecca Manning still needs signatory authority per the attached ESA
below the Permit/Name Ownership change form. Envirolink is only operating/maintaining the facility for the NC Utilities
Commission, who has technically assumed temporary ownership until a new owner can be found (see second
attachment). Thanks.

Per the attached, please remove H.O. Chesson as Owner and add Mike Myers for NC0056731 to the Owner/Billing tab.
In addition, remove signatory authority and billing from Mr. Hardin. Also, please give signatory authority to Rebecca
Manning per the attached electronic signature agreement. Thanks.
