Dear Ms. Manuel:

In reference to the Notice of Violation dated April 22, 2021, and received by CWS on May 4, we
offer the following response:

The Fecal exceedance was a result of a dissolved oxygen disruption due to mechanical failure. This
caused an extremely cloudy flow to the UV system, which was operating at normal intensity. Upon
becoming aware of the issue, repairs were made immediately. The remainder of the samples taken
during that week were all < 1 / 100 ml.
