Sherrill's Stream at Lake Norman is a proposed 89 lot subdivision unit ;`'- single
family subdivision. The sewer outfall serving this subdivision will tie into an existing
sanitary sewer manhole in Sherrill's Ford Road that drains to Catawba Co. Pump Station.
Approximately 4,119 linear feet of PVC gravity sewer main, 1,451 of DIP gravity sewer
main, 2,880 linear feet of 3-inch PVC and 40 linear feet of 3-inch ➢I'P force main. 8-inch
gravity sewer mains with 89 new services will connect to a new pump station then to the
proposed 3 inch force main that will be installed to an existing manhole in Sherrill's Ford
road. A total of 89 new residences are planned for this subdivision.
The design and plan review was done in accordance with NCDEQ's Gra gat
Sewer Nfinimu,n Design Criteria and the City of Graham's standards and specifications.
Work on the sewer installation is planned to begin in late Summer of 2020.
