This to confirm our conversation of the 2-3-03 wherein we discussed the lack of effluent
at McCain WWTP. I have this morning been in contact with a veal, Instrumentation.
Inc., and a technician is to come out on Thursday the 6th and install and calibrate a new
980 Metes. I will keep you infbhmed.

Darryl Cockman called today to report that the effluent flow meter is
hot operating. It was a loaned flow meter. He has the approval and
purchase order and has contacted the company to purchase a new one and
install it.
