Mr. Crouch advises that everything that is supposed to reset at midnight is resetting at noon. Mr. Crouch advises that this is a programming function and we are hoping that the next time you are in the area you could help us with this adjustment. Cockman McCain Correctional Hospital Re: NC 0035904 Effluent Meter Troubles This is followup to the message I left on 2-17-04 concerning effluent flow meter difficulties at the plant. Sigma 980 unit was discovered with a "Loss of Echo" message on the morning of the.17t. After trying the trouble shooting fixes from the manual, I called the tech section of the manufacturer and a new sensor was suggested. We have ultraviolet disinfection: We have historically gotten 12000 hours from a set of UV bulbs. These bulbs were at 7800 when the noncompliance occurred. I. replaced three bulbs on 1/27/04 and two more on 2/2/04, exhausting my supply on hand. More were ordered and the balance of the bulbs were changed 3/9/04* Noncompliance ceased after the changeouts of 1/27 and 2/2.
