Aqua North Carolina, Inc. (Aqua) offers the following response to the above -referenced Notice of Violation
and. Intent to Assess Civil Penalty which was issued for exceeding the daily maximum of Cohtorm, Fecal
IV IF found in February 2021 Discharge Monitoring Report.
Aqua's Response:
On 2/24/2021, effluent exceeded daily maximum fecal iform.. Aqua supervisor Peter Rhodes
conducted an inspection to determine the root cause of this exceedance. Prior andsubsequent samples
were all non -detects and all other sampled parameters were within regulatory range at the time of
sampling. LTV disinfection equipment was online andfully operational.
