John and Amy,
It has come to our attention that there is an error in the C- 4901AD Individual Permit application. It appears that
the Wetland Permit Summary provided (dated 11- 27 -12) corresponds to an earlier version of the Permit
Drawings. I am attaching the current Wetland Permit Summary sheet (dated 12- 10 -12) that corresponds to the
more recent, submitted Wetland Permit Drawings and the tables provided in the application cover letter. Please
note that no impacts or mitigation quantities are changing.
Also, the text of the permit cover letter states on pages 3 and 6 that impacts to the isolated wetland 4 total 0.51
acre, while Table 2b lists impacts to Wetland 4 as 0.53 acre. Please note that Table 2b is correct, and impacts to
0.53 acre of this isolated wetland are anticipated.
