Because Mecklenburg County is the primary permittee and leads program implementation and reporting, this report applies to the county and each of the co-permittees. Each co-permittee will also receive it’s own NOC and supplemental audit report for pollution prevention and good housekeeping via a separate email. The NOC letters have been sent via certified mail to the primary contact for each MS4. It was a pleasure auditing your programs and you all have much to be proud of.
