Design Manual

The Mecklenburg County Phase II jurisdictions in conjunction with the City of Charlotte
developed and had approved by NCDEQ their own Design Manual that is available at the link
below. For the most part, the Town of Huntersville uses this Manual unless otherwise specified
in their Administrative Manual available at the link above.
