Based on the Corps site visit on 01/03/2020 and the updated post site visit "Feature Exhibit" map received on
01/032020, the Corps concurs with the delineation within the red outlined "Project Area". Due to workload volume it
may take 90-120 days for the issuance of a written jurisdictional determination. The delineation may be used for
planning and permitting purposes, should a permit be required the JD can be issued and the time of permit verification.
AID for the project is SAW-2020-00033. I have attached the delineation for reference. Please let me know if you have
any questions or concerns.
