A site visit was not conducted as part of this review. Total material distributing during 2020 was 935.90 tons of residuals. The residuals were distributed to local farmers and private citizens. The MRO appreciates that populated formulas for all four quarters were presented in the AR for both PAN and SAR The SAR and PAN values were consistent for all four quarters. Final reduction is achieved through running the digested sludge through a furnace at consistent heat for a controlled time. The heat reduces the sludge to a Class "A" residual product that is utilized by local farmers and the public. Sampling Describe sampling: Composite sampling is performed at the discharge point of the furnance to make sure reduction has been achieved. Is sampling adequate? Is sampling representative?
