Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 21-1.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding Permit No. SW3201202, dated April 12, 2021, for the construction, operation and maintenance of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required. The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to the permittee, William M. Watson, at the following address (NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing of the hard copy of the permit will be delayed slightly. It should be mailed out in a couple of weeks): Union County 500 North Main Street Monroe, NC 28112 This project will be kept on file after 30 days at the Mooresville Regional Office.
