Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Supplement-EZ Form: o Drainage Area Page: ■ Line 20—The design volume for the infiltration basins should match the water quality volumes (WQV) in the provided calculations. Infiltration basin 1 shows a design volume of 13,716 cf (calcs show 13,491 cf) and infiltration basin 2 shows a design volume of 27,819 cf (calcs show 27,821 cf). o Infiltration Basin Page: ■ Line 21, Drainage Area 2 — Please answer this item (Soil investigated within the footprint of the SCM). ■ Line 22, Drainage Area 1— It looks like the SHWT elevation was not updated to the information from Boring 1 (119.24). Plan sheet C-03C —This plan sheet still refers to infiltration basin 1 as a dry pond, please revise. Please provide the following: - 1x electronic copy & 2x hard copies of revised plan sheet C-03C - 1x hard copy of the revised Supplement-EZ Form Pages - 1x full electronic copy of the revised Supplement-EZ Form Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: 512 N. Salisbury Street 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW Project Submittal Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal 30-45 day review. Let me know if you have any questions. -Jim From: Farkas, Jim J Sent: Friday, January 29, 2021 4:19 PM To: 'j nobles@ I ka nda.com' <jnobles@Ikanda.com> Cc: Lawyer, Mike <mike.lawyer@ncdenr.gov> Subject: RE: SW6200704 - Cypress Pointe Good Afternoon, The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a Stormwater Management Permit Application for the subject project on December 30t", 2020.
