Please see remarks/comments below to explain how each was addressed. Remarks/comments correspond to the review comment numbers: 1. Drainage Area 1 erroneously included offsite runoff areas as a part of the basin design. A storm pipe has been provided at the location of the offsite drainage area to allow for future connection and bypass of the proposed Cypress Pointe stormwater management system. 2. Sheet C-01 has been included in this submittal. 3. Spreadsheet has been updated to correct formula. Basin-2 was resized to accommodate new minimum surface area. 4. Total BUA has been updated to include entrance road areas. 5. Two copies are included. 6. Supplement-EZ form: a. Drainage Areas Page: i. This was a problem with the printing. DA 2 is shown on current submittal. ii. Updated. iii. Values updated. b. Infiltration System Page: i. Value have been updated for consistency. ii. Item incorrectly labelled and has been updated, iii. More conservative boring information has been used in current submittal. iv. Understood, misunderstood this to refer to the soils report that was provided. v. Use of more conservative infiltration rates was intentional. However, to accommodate the spreadsheet correction in comment 3, infil rates have been revised. vi. Rounded values have been added to Line 46 as requested. vii. Rounded values have been added to Line 46 as requested. The drawings have been revised to update noted changes to drainage area designations. Revised sheets C-01, C-03A, C-03C, C-03D, C-23 and C-24 have been included with submittal. Sheet C-23 was revised simply to update the storm elevations in the basin profiles that changed as the result of using a different Infiltration rate.
