Hi Rusty,
The current Stormwater Plan has most of the information that I need for the audit. Great job on
that! We can streamline the audit to suit these unique circumstances. Therefore, the attached
audit agenda focuses on:
1. Program overview presentation by permittee,
2. Demonstration of the various tools used, and
3. Pollution prevention / good housekeeping program audit for each permittee.
DEQ may also perform some live facility, outfall and/or municipal SCM site visits outside of the
scheduled meetings, but those will be determined once the meetings have been completed.
A brief preliminary findings meeting will be scheduled with each permittee following conclusion of
the virtual audit and any site visits.
I will be sending Teams meeting invitations corresponding to the attached agenda shortly.
Thanks,
J
