Dear Ms. Powell:

Thank you for your review and comments on our draft SWMP. Please find attached revised
draft SWMP addressing most of your comments. As we discussed in the phone meeting on
April 13, 2021, the items concerning the post-construction review and enforcement of state
properties, reliance upon the NCG01 program for the construction waste management, and
listing those measures that the City relies upon NCDEQ activities in our SWMP, will require
additional legal and internal research by NCDEMLR. Thank you for the cooperation and
discussion of how the City of Greenville can develop a complete SWMP and meet our MS4
permit requirements.
