Per your request, a completed DWQ Bioretention Area Worksheet is attached. In addition, Sheets 3 and 7 of the original submitted Rain Garden & Buffer Restoration drawings will be replaced with the attached Sheets 3 and 7. The attached drawing Sheet 3 has been modified from the original to include a plan view of the rain garden with a planting plan. The attached drawing Sheet 7 has been modified to include a list of perennials to be planted in the rain garden. Sheet 6 of 7 of the original Rain Garden & Buffer Restoration drawings shows the planting fill soil specifications for the rain garden. This fill soil will be custom mixed and provided by North State Environmental, the selected contractor for this project. An incomplete submittal package will result in a request for additional information and will substantially delay final review and approval of the project.
