The corrections to the subject permit are as follows: The effluent sampling in Attachment A has been changed to reflect that there are multiple points prior to irrigation (PPIs) for different fields. PPI 001 has been changed to only report the total flow thru the treatment facility. PPI 002 has been added to sample the water being irrigated from the effluent storage pond dosing Fields 1 and 2. PPI 003 has been added to sample the effluent being irrigated from the storage tanks permitted in the September 16, 2020 modification to Fields 3 and 4. 2. The naming conventions of the fields added in the September 16, 2020 modification have been updated to match the names listed in the control panel and program. Please replace Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0009826 issued September 16, 2020 with the enclosed corrected Attachments. Limits have been obtained from the North Carolina State University Realistic Yield Expectations (RYE) calculator (https://realisticyields.ces.ncsu.edu/) using the soil types (FeB2, FeC2, and BbB) and a cover crop of Fescue (Hay). The applicant may petition for a permit modification to apply above agronomic rates if predictive calculations are provided that demonstrate State groundwater standards will be protected (15A NCAC 02T .0505(c)). Compliance with this application limit has been suspended until April 1, 2021. Any exceedances of the 12-month floating PAN limit caused by applications prior to this date shall be suspended as long as no further application occurs after this date until such point as the 12-month floating total is no longer exceeded.
