Based on my site visit on 1/3/2020 and the updated post site visit delineation map received on 1/10/2020, the Corps  concurs with your delineation.  Due to staffing constraints and increased workload volume it may take 90‐120 days for  the issuance of a written jurisdictional determination.  The delineation may be used for planning and permitting  purposes, should a permit be required the JD can be issued and the time of permit verification. AID for the project is
