Other Violations/Staff Remarks:
Robert White (ORC) stated on Jan 2021 DMR, "TSS DAILY MAX EXCEED 1/26: We believe the TSS exceed occurred due to a
surge of flow from the air shutting off around the same time that samples were being pulled, which may have agitated any possible
buildup in the contact chamber. As a precautionary measure we will conduct increased sludge judging of the contact chamber".
Review of the DMR, it is confirmed the TSS value exceeded daily limit (see above). There are 4 violations concerning TSS
exceeding daily limit over past 12 months (see below), therefore I recommend proceeding with NOV.
