This was a split week between months, BIMS did not account for Monday Nov. 30th (week ran from Nov. 30th to Dec. 4th). The
weekly BOD/Fecal/NH3/TSS was completed on Monday Nov. 30th. *Note: the data was missing from DMR for Nov. 30th.
Called Mr. Flynt (ORC) concerning missing values. Mr. Flynt stated lab had not reported values and he would call to retrieve
results. Mr. Flynt called back — he received lab data, therefore he would correct & resubmit Nov DMR. I conducted a follow up
a week later. The Nov DMR was corrected/resubmitted confirming the weekly requirements for above parameters. Concerning
Dec DMR, I recommend no action, computer algorithm issue in BIMS.
