CAMA Mayor permit 151 -09 was Issued December 3, 2009 for Castle Street / Dram
Tree Park, the first phase of the project As part of that permit, General Water Quality
Certification No 3642 (DWQ Project No 091160) was Issued on 12/04/09 for the
first phase of the project called Castle Street/ Dram Tree Park
A minor modification to that CAMA permit was Issued October 4, 2011 for Dram Tree
Parking Expansion, the second and final phase of the project There is no mention of
Water Quality Certification in the CAMA modification permit
The attached Certification of Completion is for both phases (the entire project) If you have
