Outfall 1 Lattitude: 35.374819, Longitude:-83.216652 Outfall 1 is located at a catch
basin in the middle of the facility's front parking area. The basin collects runoff form the
employee and visitor parking areas, roof drains and from the office building, and
delivery truck loading/unloading docks. Portions of West Main street, located to the east
of the facility slopes towards the facility so that stormwater from this section of roadway
runs towards Outfall 1.
Outfall 2 - Lattitude: 35.374470, Longitude:-83.217178 The drainage to Outfall 2
consists of building roof drains from the warehouse and paper machine building and a
catch basin that collects stormwater from a parking area between the paper machine
building and around the wastewater treatment plant. The outfall also collects incidental
groundwater from under the facility due to the pipe structure being level to or below the
water table.
Outfall 3 - Lattitude: 35.374888, Longitude:-83.217754 This outfall drains the areas
around the boiler and sawdust/fuel receiving and storage, boiler ash pit and boiler ash
ponds, the recycle pulp facility, paper bale receiving dock and storage, several masonry
storage buildings for spare equipment and the railroad tracks.
Outfall 4 - Lattitude: 35.375800, Longitude:-83.215753 This outfall collects stormwater
from the parking area between the paper machine building and the wastewater
treatment area. The stormwater discharges to a catch basin and extends below grade to
the east.
Also, per the Tiered response listed in our permit, we are sometimes required to sample
the receiving water (Scott's Creek) "Pre" and "Post" the facility.

Good afternoon Suzanne,
I am in the process of trying to enter data into the strormwater eDMR for the first time.
It appears there is only a form for 1 outfall. We actually have 4 outfalls. What do I need
to do to have them added so that I can complete the eDMR? Also, after entering the
data, do I need to scan and send a hard copy to the Asheville regional office?
