are four individual water meters that serve this complex, and water useage is recorded weekly during the ORC visit. On two separate occasions in December 2020, a total of over 20,000 gallons of additional water was
iced into the waste water system. This volume alone constitues approximately 80% of the permittedtotal daily flow. Low flow and auto -shutoff fixtures have been installed. Subsequent inspections did not find any broken or
nctioning fixtures. Management personnell have been instructed to inspect all water using appliances before leaving, and security is to inspect water meters after hours and to turn off any water supply if a meter indicates
useage after hours.
