Inspection Summary:
On March 30, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with John Gribble on site. No major issues were noted
during the inspection. However, it was noted that the documentation of non-stormwater discharge certifications is not
appropriately documented. It was also noted that the site plan does not contain all information required by the permit. The
permittee shall revise and update the site plan and non-stormwater discharge certifications as needed.
All items from the previously issues Notice of Violation (NOV-2019-PC-0478) have been addressed, and the Notice has been
resolved.
