February 4, 2000 to determine compliance with Stormwater Permit Number SW8 960608 issued on August 21,
1996.

2. Inspection Date: February 4, 2000
Weather Conditions: Sunny & cool
3. Compliance Issues:
a. The side slopes appear to be steeper than 3:1, especially on the north side.
b. The Designer's Certification has not been provided.
4. Required Actions:
a. Please regrade and either seed or sod the slopes to the required 3:1.
b. Please submit the required Designer's Certification.

2. The drainage area to the system contains no more than the permitted amount of built -upon area.
3. All the built -upon area associated with the project is graded such that the runoff drains to the system.
4. The outlet/bypass structure elevations are per the approved plan.

6. Trash rack is provided on the outletlbypass structure.
7. All slopes are grassed with permanent vegetation.
8. Vegetated slopes are no steeper than 3:L
9. The inlets are located per the approved plans and do not cause short-circuiting of the system.
