The revision includes the final design to the Phase Il section of Wedgewood at Lanvale. The final design reflects 533,614 square feet of proposed Built -Upon -Area (BUA). The allotted BUA for the Phase II section is 561,252 square feet retaining 27,638 square feet of BUA for future development. It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files. Please replace the old approved plan sheets with the new ones. An ownership change has been executed as well. Please replace the cover page of the original permit with the enclosed updated cover page. Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on October 25, 2006, remain in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to construction. The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to construction. Previously, on October 25, 2006 the original stormwater permit for Wedgewood was modified and approved to accommodate for the future impervious area of' Wedgewood Phase I I and Wedgewood Phase [ 11. The design for Phase I I is completed and with a total ol' 533,614 sf of impervious area proposed. The project does not exceed the previously approved 561,525 sf of impervious allocated to a future Phase II development. The common area and land from both Phase [1 and Phase I I[ that is considered future development has been transferred to the WD13, LLC company from the previously permitted owners, Lanvale Corporation, Inc. At this time it is the client's intent to go ahead and transfer the existing stormwater permit over to their name, WDB, LLC. In this package please find attached two updated plan sets reflecting the new Phase 11 stormwater plan, the impervious breakdown for Phase 11 to prove that the project is still low density and Calls under the previously approved impervious allocation as well as the Stormwater Permit Ownership -Name Change form. It is the professional opinion of this office that our submittal is in compliance with the stormwater approval from October 25, 2006.
