Annual reports should be submitted by August 31 of each year and the standard reporting period is the state fiscal year (July 1 -June 30). For Stallings, the annual reporting requirements are: 1. FY20-21: Since Stallings was audited in August 2020, you can submit a 1-page letter summarizing your compliance status. I have attached an example letter from Asheville for your convenience. 2. FY21-22: With the new permit most likely to be issued in the second half of 2021, it will become effective on January 1, 2022. This puts the first half of the reporting cycle under the current permit and the second half of the reporting cycle under the new permit. For the current permit, use the attached list of SWMPA Questions in Excel. You only need to answer the questions that are relevant to Stallings. Submit this spreadsheet to me via email and it will be uploaded to Laserfiche. This will bypass the time-intensive BIMS portal, but still complies with the BIMS SWMPA submittal requirements in Part IV.B.3 of the current permit. For the second half of the reporting cycle under the new permit, you will receive and utilize an annual report template that corresponds specifically to Stallings’ approved Final SWMP. If you have any questions, please contact me via email.
