There is little or no undergrowth. Due to the proximity to the clubhouse, the area is maintained by club staff. 3b. Based on field examinations, there are no wetlands in the vicinity of the proposed project 3c. The site wholly contains the limits of MacGregor Downs Lake, which has a surface area of approximately 49 Acres. 3d. Explain the purpose of the proposed project The project consists of replacement of an existing pump house serving the golf course irrigation system. The existing pump house will remain in service during construction 3e Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: The project consists of construction of a new 53' x 30' building with a 30' x 10' exterior concrete pad. Construction will be managed from the parking lot side of the site to the maximum extent practicable. Construction includes excavation of a wet well and new water supply line from the lake to the building. Equipment to be used includes wheel mounted crane (to be posotioned on the parking lot side of the project) small bull dozers for grading, dump trucks for hauling materials as needed, and hand labor to construct building masonry. 4.
