Attached are the new plans for Little Creek. As a result of the culvert change, sheet EC -3 changes slightly. I expect other
sheet will have to be resealed because of this changes as we head to construction plans. The revised stream impacts are
also attached on the PCN form, but I stripped out everything else.
Let me know if any of this doesn't make sense.
