Mr. Joyner,
Please see the attached Notice of Compliance, which has been issued to Seymour Johnson Air Force
Base in response to the March 23-24, 2021 NPDES MS4 permit compliance audit documented in the
attached audit report.
An MS4 Permit Renewal Application must be submitted within thirty (30) days.
Also, please work with the DEQ Washington Regional Office to determine if an individual industrial
stormwater permit is required for the fuel tank farm.
