On September 27, 2012, Anthony Scarbraugh of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) inspected
the proposed additions of four slips to an existing docking facility and re- stabilization of an
existing riprap shoreline at the subject site located at 7649 Virginia Dare Trail in Nags Head,
Dare County. This project was inspected for compliance with the General Water Quality
Certification (GC) # 3642 issued on October 10, 2008 for impacts as described above at the
subject property.
The GC approved impacts of 0.048 acres of waters to complete your project as described in your
application received by DWQ on April 9, 2008 and revised on October 10, 2008.
The inspection revealed that the project has been completed, Impacts did not exceed beyond
the footprint of those approved. The inspection revealed that the inspected portion of this
project is currently compliant with the GC #3642.
As a reminder, if you change your project you must notify us and you may be required to send us

Certification and approval letter and is thereby responsible for complying with all conditions.
