spills/leaks/overflows, loose debris, deteriorating containers and labels. Correct
any problems immediately.

Sweep and/or pick up loose trash/debris in the vehicle/equipment maintenance
and storage areas.
Inspect the parking lot for signs of leaked vehicle and equipment fluids, use dry
absorbent cleaning methods to clean up leaked fluids. Identify City owned
vehicle(s) and/or equipment with leak and move to an area not affected by
stormwater or send out for maintenance.
Pick up loose debris and trash in the Parking Lot(s) and dispose of properly.
Has the parking lot been swept and/or vacuumed by the Street Sweeper in the last
three months? If not, notify Public Works Department.
