Inspection Summary:
On March 30, 2021, WSRO staff conducted a review of the subject facility's 2020 Annual Report. No site visit was made as
part of this inspection event. The report reflects compliance with the subject permit. Below is a summary of notes from this
review.
- Residuals meet regulatory limits.
- Residuals field loadings was reported within agronomic limits.
- It is unknown if notifications were made to the WSRO prior to each land application event. The inspector assigned to this
facility in year 2020 no longer works for the Division. Remind Permittee to be sure to notify WSRO before land app events.
A routine compliance evaluation inspection is planned for this inspection year.
