See attached. We purchased this facility in 2004 from WLR Cone Mills Surplus, LLC. All operations ceased. We bought the facility to deconstruct it
Cliffside Mills, LLC purchased the old Cone Mill plant in Cliffside, NC on 8/30/2004 for the purpose of
deconstructing approximately 800,000 square feet of pre 1910 buildings for the purpose of reclaiming
the old wood and brick.
The only buildings left standing on property we still own are:
Hydro Electric complex that we operate and sell electricity to Duke Energy. The process is water
coming down the river is diverted by the dam into intake tubes that turn the generators that
produce electricity that is sold under contract to Duke Energy. Water exits the hydro turbine
and flows downriver.
2. Water Filtration building — this facility has been idle since at least 8/30/2004.
3. Small Office — not in use
Other buildings on the property we bought in 2004 but have since sold to others are:
1. Metal storage building.
2. Small office building — we rent this building for our Caretaker to use as an office.
3. Former cotton warehouse complex —used by new owner for storage.
4. 1940's former manufacturing building used by current owner for storage.
