The report reflects compliance with the subject permit. No site visit was made as part of this inspection event. Below is a summary of notes from this review. • The only potential deficiency noted from the review was an exceedance of the permitted maximum annual dry tons limit (i.e., 143.35 d.tons/yr. reported vs. 125.0 d.tons/yr. being the permit limit). However, an application for permit modification to increase the permitted dry tons to 250.0 d.tons/yr. was received in the last quarter of year 2020 (i.e., on October 21, 2020) and the permit was subsequently modified to increase permit limit to 250.0 d.tons/yr. on January 8, 2021. • It is unknown if the WSRO was notified prior to each land application event. The inspector assigned to this facility no longer works with the Division. ***Remind Permittee to be sure to notify WSRO of all land application events.*** • Site MK-05, Fields 1 & 2 were both land applied near the limit for agronomic loading (i.e., 206 lbs. PAN/ac./yr. and 203 lbs. PAN/ac./yr. vs the limit for the fields being 209 lbs. PAN/ac./yr.). While this is within the permitted limit for the subject fields; ***Recommend WSRO staff make a site visit to these fields for a review of vegetative cover and site health.*** An onsite inspection is planned within this inspection calendar year.
