In addition to the above requested information, please describe your quality control / quality assurance techniques that are utilized in sampling. Please include the following: 2. What type of sample container is used: plastic, glass or metal for composite sampling? Plastic. 3. What procedures are used to clean the composite sample container? __Containers are cleaned daily. 4. What cleaning agents are used in the cleaning of the composite sample container? Soap and water. 5. How often is the composite sampler tubing cleaned and 1 or replaced? Sample tubing is cleaned weekly with diluted bleach. Tubing is replaced as -needed. 6. What type of sampling device is used for grab sampling? Plastic dipper. 7. Is the grab sampling device kept outside? Yes. Dippers are only needed for grab samples at the influent, aeration basins, •splitter box and aerobic digesters. 8. How is the grab sampling device cleaned? Cleaned periodically with diluted bleach or soap and water. 9. What cleaning agents are used in the cleaning of the grab sampling device? Bleach, soap and water. 10. Please describe the effluent sampling point. The effluent sample is pumped from the bottom -of the cascade aerator, adjacent to the Cape Fear River, to a continuous flow -through sampler system. A few other questions related to what type of process control analyses are performed at your facility are also included in this survey: 11. Does your facility analyze the following parameters?
