As part of this inspection, a tour of the Wastewater Treatment Plant was conducted. All observations are in Section D. Summary of Findings/Comments of this report. I appreciate the time and professional courtesy that was extended by your staff during the inspection: Chuck Baxley (ORC), James Lowery (WWTP operator), Scott McCoy (WWTP operator), and Charlie Griffin (maintenance operator). I also offer special thanks to James Lowery for his patience and his thorough explanations and descriptions of the wastewater treatment' plant operations. Based upon the overall tour of the wastewater treatment plant, record keeping, and maintenance, this facility appeared to be well maintained. On the day of this CEI, the facility was found to be in compliance with permit NC0050105. You are commended for your continued efforts to comply with the NPDES permit.
