Inspection Summary:
On March 9, 2021 DWR staff person Caitlin Caudle reviewed the submitted 2020 residuals annual report. The annual report
reflects compliance with the subject permit. No land application activities occurred during 2020, as suchno residuals
analysis, pathogen and vector reduction analysis, and soil analysis were completed. Monitoring well data was submitted and
showed no exceedances.
The following item of concern was noted:
The GW59 for MW2 does not list the depth to water level.
